I’m quite an outgoing, positive, goal-driven girl- the kind that is prepared to give a motivational speech or to conduct a focus group on demand. Seriously. I carry a mini-projector in my purse.
Ironically, my passion for generations emerged from the goals that didn’t pan out in my life. After a rocky transition from college to “adulting”, I found that my expectations (dream job, married by 25-ish, white picket fence- you get the picture) were out of balance with my reality (broke, single and shocked by workplace “norms”). This was a tough blow for a planner like me.
During this time, I developed a heart for those navigating their 20s decade. This led to a research of generations and an appreciation for connecting them. Boom- my passion and life’s work was born!
This blog is extremely personal to me. It’s my humble attempt to connect all generations, and leverage their collective strengths to improve outcomes today and into the future. My hope is that all who read it will gain perspective of the past and the present… and strengthen connections and outcomes for years to come.
